Our story
1978: Walter Rizzi founds the company in South Tyrol, in the heart of one of Europe’s best-known apple regions.
1989: We move to organic production, long before it became mainstream.
Today: The second generation, Florian and Simone Rizzi, runs the business, with over 30 years of organic and 40 years of conventional farming experience.
2026: Rizzi Group UK is founded, with a UK-based sales team and a direct line to our farms in Italy.
